Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee

At Format2Flourish, we take pride in delivering professional, industry-standard book formatting and cover designs. We work closely with independent authors to ensure that files meet exact platform requirements (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.). Due to the customized, creative nature of our digital services, we outline our revision and refund terms below.

2. Revisions Included

To guarantee that you are fully satisfied with the final product, every standard package includes:

• Multiple revision cycles (as specified in your package terms) to adjust layouts, typography, spacing, or styling.
• Guaranteed fixes for any technical formatting issues flagged by Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or other self-publishing channels during upload.

Revisions must be requested prior to the final approval and delivery of high-resolution, print-ready files.

3. Cancellation & Refund Requests

Refunds are assessed based on the stage of the project:

• Before Work Begins: If you request a cancellation before any formatting or design work has started on your project, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any standard transaction processing fees).
• During Drafting/In-Progress: If work has commenced but the project is cancelled mid-way, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the work remaining, at the discretion of Format2Flourish management.
• After Final File Delivery: Once the final print-ready and digital files are approved by the author and delivered, no refunds are issued. We will, however, resolve any technical upload issues if they arise.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not granted in the following scenarios:

• Author makes content modifications, manuscript rewrites, or editorial changes after the final print files have been compiled and signed off.
• Project delays caused by the author's failure to provide required assets, text, or feedback in a timely manner.
• Dissatisfaction with design directions that were previously reviewed and approved by the author during the initial design drafts.

5. How to Request a Revision or Refund

To request a project cancellation, revision, or partial refund, please contact your project manager directly or email us at support@format2flourish.com with your project invoice number and detailed notes. All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days.
