Format2Flourish may send transactional text messages (SMS) or WhatsApp notifications related to your active projects, service orders, milestones, or customer support tickets. We do not use automated text messaging programs for cold promotional or marketing campaigns unless you explicitly sign up for a marketing channel.

By submitting a contact form, requesting a publishing guide, or purchasing a formatting package and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive direct text-based communications from Format2Flourish representatives. We strictly communicate regarding active, author-requested tasks.
3. Msg & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent or received from us. Check your wireless carrier plan for billing details. Message frequency varies and is directly tied to the progress and status updates of your formatting project.
4. How to Opt-Out
You can opt-out of SMS or WhatsApp communications from us at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, or email support@format2flourish.com with the subject line "Opt-Out SMS" and include your phone number. Once received, we will remove your number from our active messaging logs.
5. Privacy & Data Disclosure
Your mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
