Welcome to Format2Flourish. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or working with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Format2Flourish provides book formatting, eBook conversion, cover design, proofreading, ISBN registration, and global publishing distribution support. Detailed scopes for each package are specified on our pricing pages or in custom service agreements.

While we help authors format and distribute books on platforms like Amazon KDP and IngramSpark, authors are solely responsible for setting up their own publisher accounts, tax details, and banking information.

3. Author Ownership & Copyright

We believe in full author independence. You retain 100% of your copyright, royalties, ownership, and publishing rights for your manuscript, book content, and finished formatting files. Format2Flourish lays no claim to your intellectual property. All design assets generated specifically for your project (such as book covers) are transferred fully to you upon final payment.

4. Payment & Fees

Payments for our services are handled securely via Stripe. Services must be paid according to the milestones detailed in your package selection. Any additional services requested outside the initial package scope will be subject to a separate quote and approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

Format2Flourish is not responsible for any rejection of files by retail channels due to author-introduced content issues, copyright disputes, or formatting changes made by the author post-delivery.

In no event shall Format2Flourish or its founder be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of sales, profits, or reputation.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform or services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
